Convenient Stay for Concert-Goers!
Had a fab time here when I was in Hull for a gig. The room was super comfy and clean. The continental breakfast was just what I needed to kick off my day. Met the manager, who was really friendly, felt like I'd known him forever! Just a bit of a trek up the stairs, though, and some remote buttons were dodgy.

A Delightful Break in Hull!
Loved my weekend stay! The room was spotless and the continental breakfast kept me energized all day. The pub downstairs was a great spot to unwind while catching some sports. Don’t miss the games night! Remember to ask for a quieter room away from the pub.

Had a blast with friends! Great base to explore places like The Deep aquarium and Beverley Racecourse. Room was spacious with decent amenities, and loved the breakfast options. The bar downstairs was fun, especially during the evenings. Plenty of shops nearby and a bus stop directly across helped us get around easily!
One downside was the noise from the pub below – it could get a bit loud at times, especially if you're not into Sky Sports.

I recently stayed here and was really impressed by the revamped room with a comfy bed and a lovely big shower. I enjoyed some downtime in the cozy lounge area and the beautiful garden, which was a great place to relax. The only downside was a slight noise from the hallway, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. I’d definitely recommend this spot for a good value getaway! 😊

Comfortable room with great breakfast variety
I enjoyed my stay with a well-appointed double room that offered plenty of tea and coffee options. The breakfast was impressive, featuring a variety of cereals, fresh fruits, and pastries that catered to different preferences. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my visit. I found the WiFi connection in my room to be slightly unreliable at times.

would like to go back here again
Had a great room with comfy beds and a flat-screen TV. An electric kettle for morning tea. The shower had solid pressure and enough hot water. Breakfast was a highlight with loads of options like cereals and pastries. Easy access to local pubs and shops, and the bus stop is just outside.

Checked in on a Saturday for a weekend getaway. The room offered was decent, and the bed felt comfortable. The continental breakfast had enough options to fuel my day, and the staff were genuinely friendly. Had some noise issues from the busy street below, especially on Saturday night. Managed to hear the karaoke night from the bar below, which affected my sleep a bit. Unfortunately, the wifi connection in the room was pretty weak. it was frustrating to deal with while trying to catch up on some work. The location is convenient, close to shops and takeaways, which was a plus. The shower had good water pressure, and the cleanliness of the room met my expectations for the price. Not a luxury spot, but it served its purpose well for an affordable weekend escape.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
The location was convenient with easy access to local attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating. the room could use a refresh. consider asking for a room on a higher floor to reduce noise from entertainment below. Grab breakfast at the café across the street—it’s a gem!
